Oct 26, 2022. #1. We recently installed a 10kwh solis hybrid inverter with around 21 panels. This all works great but we just got our pylontech 5kwh batterij today but it just doesnt seem to work. We connected the positive and negative leads to the hybrid inverter and the can rj45 cable to the battery and the inverter.

Any load during that time will run from grid directly so won''t have the conversion losses from battery charge/discharge. READ MOREWhat is the Average Time to Charge a Solar Battery From the Grid? Solar batteries can be charged from the grid in a matter of hours, depending on the size of the battery and the amount of sunlight available. The larger the battery, the longer it will take to charge. In general, it takes about 8 hours to charge a 100-watt solar panel from the grid.
